Ivanka Trump recently updated her Twitter bio, and took out a key phrase proclaiming her support of female empowerment.
Her bio used to read:
Wife, mother, sister, daughter. Entrepreneur & advocate for the education & empowerment of women & girls. This is my personal page. Views expressed are my own.
It now reads:
‘Wife, mother, sister, daughter. Advisor to POTUS on job creation + economic empowerment, workforce development & entrepreneurship. Personal Pg. Views are my own.
American journalist Stephanie Ruhle pointed out the difference…

As the #womensmarch2018 weekend comes to a close, please note @IvankaTrump has recently changed her @Twitter bio - IT NO LONGER INCLUDES “Entrepreneur + passionate advocate for the education and empowerment of women and girls.”

And people are feeling the sting – especially given the fact the change occurred around the annual Women’s March.

Does it say, "Shallow and dishonest grifter out to squeeze every last nickel out of the phony job my corrupt father gave me?"

Maybe she finally understands she doesn’t have any credibility as an advocate for women and girls.

It wasn’t too long ago that the president’s daughter was delivering a speech on women’s empowerment in Tokyo.
Ivanka has been the recipient of much acrimony following accusations against her father. Many have even accused her of being 'complicit' by not speaking out against certain Trump administration policies.
When asked about the criticisms she said in a CBC interview:
If being complicit ... is wanting to be a force for good and to make a positive impact, then I'm complicit.
I don't know that the critics who may say that of me, if they found themselves in this very unique and unprecedented situation that I am now in, would do any differently than I am doing, so I hope to make a positive impact.
